Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Dr. Robert J. Dudzinski

Over his 35+ year career, Bob has gained extensive experience in pharmacy benefit management, mail order pharmacy, information management systems, strategic partnering, sales and marketing, M&A activity, and offer development. Bob has successfully started and sold a number of companies including a Prescription Benefit Management company, a Mail Order Pharmacy, a Retail Baseball and Softball Chain, and a Payment Integrity company. He has consulted for many organizations both inside and outside of healthcare at various levels of management. Bob received his Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Nebraska Medial Center. He enjoys spending his free time with his grandchildren and watching his “trail cams” on his farm in southeastern Nebraska.

Chief Technical Officer

Craig Webster

During the past 30+ years, Craig has honed his management and technical skills within multiple startups as well as within a large enterprise environment—where he helped build one of the largest and most successful telecommunications platforms in the industry. Along the way, Craig developed expertise with interactive voice response systems, speech recognition, hosted contact center/remote agent, large-scale conferencing, and alerts & notifications. He continues to pursue his interest in technologies that enhance the customer experience and ultimately business performance. Craig earned his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from North Dakota State University. In his free time, he enjoys adventures with his family and tinkering with microcontrollers and other gadgets.
